David Ifill Sr., Headbox Specialist
David Ifill Sr. has forty-three years of experience in heavy industrial plant construction as a Headbox Specialist, Project Superintendent, Millwright Supervisor, Millwright General Forman and has thorough knowledge of machine installation. This includes precision instruments required for leveling and alignment, pump, tank, compressor, valve, heating coil, piping and filters. Accustomed to assuming full responsibility for all construction activity and maintaining craft productivity. He is known for his ability to troubleshoot and identify problem areas, and provide workable solution simultaneously for implementation to eliminate equipment failures and reduce downtime.

David Ifill Jr. has worked in Industrial Sales and Property Management for over fifteen years. His interests lie in business management and corporate communication. As a member of HeadboxHelp LLC, David's focus is on providing outstanding customer service and clearly communicating project details to assure successful results.

Safety Program
David Ifill Sr. carries the OSHA 10 Certification. He will be the only person working under the HeadboxHelp LLC name in the plant. All other subcontractors working with David Ifill Sr. will be responsible for their own safety training.
On all projects, David Ifill Sr. is well organized and follows all procedures to clean work areas and makes sure that the work areas are clean and all tools and apparatus are picked up in a timely fashion.
David follows all guidelines on wearing approved eye protection, hearing protection and a hard hat as required by plant management.
